I am not doing well this week. My back is still giving me problems and that makes me grumpy and when I am grumpy I eat and get even grumpier. Yes, friends, its one of THOSE weeks. Nuff said.


  1. *hugs* sorry you're having a rough time. use your walking as "active recovery" - you don't want to do anything to hurt your back even more.

    it might not be possible, but try and thing of a positive weight loss thing to focus on. i'm about to make a list for myself to pull out during times like these.

  2. I have been there with the comfort eating and it is a difficult one to overcome!

    I'm also new to the Sisterhood and wanted to drop in and say "hi" and "good luck".
